Job summary

Coloplast seeks a Director of Business Development for the Veterans Affairs to drive profitable growth across the VA Health System, translating enterprise priorities into actionable medium- to long-term plans and building a high-performing national sales team for Continence Care.

This role leads strategic execution, customer engagement, and cross-functional alignment with an emphasis on operational excellence, accountability, and a Passion to Win.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 8+ years sales experience.
• 5+ years medical sales management experience.
• Willingness to travel 50%–75%
• Experience with the VA Health System preferred.
• Knowledge of Urological and Continence Care products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable VA plans.
• Lead the national VA Business Development team and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with VA stakeholders and facilities.
• Drive operational excellence and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Service.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and account planning for VA accounts.
