Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and mentor a high-performing distributor sales team. You will focus on developing talent, strengthening distributor and agency relationships, and implementing strategies that drive sustainable growth.

The role emphasizes coaching, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to align sales initiatives with company objectives and improve customer satisfaction across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 7–10 years in sales or account management, preferably in a lighting industry.
• 5+ years leadership/management of sales teams or agencies.
• Proven leadership with mentorship, coaching and team development.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead Territory Managers and agency partners, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with distributor partners and independent sales agencies.
• Design and deliver training programs on products to agencies and distributors.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to expand market share and key accounts.
• Regularly review sales data and KPIs to provide actionable feedback and strategic adjustments.
• Own the accountability to ensure agency and territory managers meet sales targets.
• Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
• Create and evaluate sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
• Develop strategies that drive sustainable growth and improve customer satisfaction.
