Yourgi, Inc. seeks a VP of Product to own the product strategy across five teams—Bookings, Match, Pro, Connect, and Centers—and to lead four product managers. You will report to the CPTO and collaborate with engineering and design to align bets with customer outcomes and unit economics.

• Ability to define strategy, goals, and metrics across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with AI-driven product testing and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy across five teams (Bookings, Match, Pro, Connect, Centers).
• Set quarterly goals and maintain a single, aligned roadmap.
• Lead rapid testing and experimentation using AI, prototypes, and pilots.
• Hire, coach, and grow the product managers and align with other functions.
• Represent product to leadership and ensure quality and reliability metrics.
