Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with leadership impact.
• Experience leading B2B software with ~$50M revenue.
• Proven mentoring experience for other PMs.
• Experience working for a fully remote company.
• Experience partnering with sales, solutions engineers, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and vision aligned with company goals and market landscape.
• Engage with customers, users, Sales, Support, and Success to embody target market.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap for high-impact work.
• Define and communicate product requirements, priorities, and release objectives.
• Coach and mentor other Product Managers, sharing frameworks and practices.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on launches and engagements.
