Job summary

Foxstone Recruiting LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to run the internal engine of the agency. This hands-on leadership role focuses on workflows, technology, people programs, vendors, and finances to empower recruiters.

You will design scalable processes across sourcing, submittals, placements, billing, and KPI dashboards, and you will negotiate vendor contracts and help shape the company’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, ideally in staffing, recruiting, legal, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven track record building scalable processes in a growing company.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with KPIs, forecasting, and data-driven decisions.
• ATS/CRM experience strongly preferred (Knowledge of Crelate is a plus).
• Proven track record of designing efficient, automation-driven processes, with a strong interest in using AI to unlock new efficiencies.
• Excellent people-leadership and communication skills, including strong research and writing capabilities.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Relevant advanced degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, shaping long-term vision, organizational design, and strategic priorities to strengthen team effectiveness.
• Design scalable workflows across sourcing, submittals, placements, and billing, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend tools to leadership; serve as the primary contact for implementations and help develop systems, including AI, that benefit the company.
• Provide high-level troubleshooting when team members need help with our systems.
• Support HR functions, including internal hiring, onboarding, training, performance review coordination, policy development, benefits assessments, and culture initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for vendors and clients regarding agreements.
• Send client invoices, maintain commission payment records, and work with leadership to determine annual budget priorities.
• Support marketing by applying for awards, coordinating sponsorships, and helping draft marketing materials.
• Lead planning and execution of the annual team trip.
• Manage virtual assistant, operational, and/or fractional staff, and take on leadership responsibilities related to the team as a whole.
