Job summary

Mitratech is seeking a Director of Operational Finance to serve as the embedded finance partner to a division's CEO. You will own the division's numbers, influence planning, and align with Corporate Finance on close and reporting.

This role requires strategic thinking, deep SaaS financials, and strong collaboration with senior leaders. You will report to the SVP of Finance and work closely with Corporate Finance, delivering insights that drive efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and long-term

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, business finance, or finance partnering in a SaaS environment.
• Solid SaaS metrics knowledge (ARR, bookings, retention, margin) and storytelling with data.
• Strong financial modeling and variance analysis focused on executive audiences.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders, including CEO or GM, with influence.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to translate analysis into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with divisional leadership as the primary finance contact.
• Translate FP&A standards to division-specific execution and metrics.
• Contribute to annual budgeting with divisional context and priorities.
• Support forecasting updates, performance tracking, and cost optimizations.
• Flag risks and variances to leadership and central FP&A teams.
• Identify operational efficiencies and topline savings opportunities.
• Own tracking of adjustments and divisional reporting for management and board.
