Job summary

Mitratech, a leader in legal, risk, compliance and HR software, seeks an experienced FP&A leader to serve as the primary corporate finance and financial operations contact for an assigned division. You will shape the annual budget and align division planning with company-wide cycles.

You will partner with divisional leadership to flag risks, own tracking of adjustments and support monthly/quarterly close. Experience with SaaS, private-equity-backed companies, and modern planning platforms is

• 7–10 years of FP&A or finance partnering experience in a SaaS business.
• Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with private-equity-backed companies and modern planning platforms.

• Own tracking of below-the-line adjustment realization and support monthly/quarterly close reporting.
• Support M&A synergy identification and integration into company financials.
