Job summary

KamisPro seeks an experienced Director of IT Application Development & Business Intelligence to shape a multi-year strategy for enterprise applications. You will lead modernization across ERP/CRM/BI, drive AI-enabled insights, and partner with finance, lending, and operations to align technology with business goals.

You’ll manage teams across application development, administration, and BI, ensuring secure, scalable platforms and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field
10+ years in enterprise applications or software development
5+ years leading application teams or platforms
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
Experience with finance, lending, banking, or financial operations systems

Responsibilities

Define and execute a forward-looking strategy for enterprise applications including AI and automation
Lead transition from customized systems to modern, configurable platforms
Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions across finance and lending
Oversee lifecycle of ERP, CRM, financial, and lending systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Box)
Establish architecture standards, integration frameworks, and governance models
Oversee budgets, licensing, and vendor relationships
