Job summary

Icon Health is seeking a seasoned Business Development leader to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution. You will source and close net-new clients across Medicare Advantage plans, risk-bearing PCP groups, and large medical groups, while building compelling value propositions for clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.

• 5+ years of business development experience in orthopedic/MSK sales or risk-bearing environments.
• Advanced sales skills: navigating, negotiating, and closing complex deals.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
