Job summary

Hightower Advisors seeks an Executive Director of Advanced Estate Planning to lead sophisticated estate planning for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. You will drive complex engagements, shape transfer strategies, and help advisors differentiate their practices in competitive markets.

Ideal candidates come from law firms, private client practices, or family offices and have a proven track record in high-tax jurisdictions.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in estate planning, financial planning, and wealth management for HNW clients
Deep expertise in federal/state estate, gift, and income tax planning
Experience leading complex estate planning engagements and client meetings

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of sophisticated estate plans for ultra-high-net-worth clients
Advise on wealth transfer strategies and family governance frameworks
Partner with advisors to position estate planning as a growth driver
Translate complex legal concepts into actionable strategies for clients and advisors
