The role emphasizes coaching, architecture, and lifecycle management of enterprise systems in a remote-work environment.

Candidates should bring 5+ years of relevant experience, strong BI and data integration skills, and a bachelor’s degree in CS (advanced degree preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application development, implementation, and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced degree highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to the enterprise applications team.
• Oversee CRM, SIS, LMS, campus portal, intranet, and data warehouse operations to ensure high uptime.
• Lead planning, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions and data integrations.
• Develop and maintain standards for change management, release management, and SDLC.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to align technology with university goals.
