Responsibilities

• Trim VMware's cloud bill by right-sizing the CI/CD infrastructure in Irving, TX.
• Drive the Accountability incident postmortem that stops the Irving outage from recurring.
• Champion engineering excellence and continuous learning within VMware.
• Design, build, and maintain reliable backend services using MySQL and C#.
• Push Go changes safely behind flags so Irving, TX rollbacks take seconds.
• Apply MongoDB and Strategic Planning to solve boldly-pragmatic engineering challenges.
• Build the C# tooling that makes every other Irving engineer faster.
