Job summary

Dentsu Creative is seeking a Director of Integrated Strategy for a temporary role. You will develop and execute a range of integrated strategy projects for a multi-brand consumer healthcare enterprise, translating strategic direction into insights and briefs that drive creative and media execution.

You will bridge brand and connected strategy, working across paid, owned, and earned channels, and lead collaboration with creative, media, social, and influencer teams.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years strategy experience with fluency in BOTH creative strategy AND media strategy.
• Experience on consumer/B2C brands in complex environments.
• Ability to mentor junior strategists and lead cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into catalytic ideas and briefs grounded in creative insight.
• Align strategy across earned, owned, and paid channels, including social and influencer partnerships.
