Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in criminal justice, homeland security, business administration or related field.
• Minimum ten years of progressive experience in security operations or executive protection.
• Minimum five years experience managing managers or multi-level operational teams.
• Able to analyze operational data and after-action findings to drive corrective action.
• Experience overseeing regional operations and staffing across locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Lead AOR Operational leadership and serve as escalation point for incidents.
• Drive standards compliance through reviews, after-action assessments, and improvements.
• Coach and develop Operations Managers; manage performance and succession planning.
• Lead regional workforce planning and staffing strategy with recruiting.
• Advise leadership, account teams, and clients on protective services and playbooks.
• Partner with client-facing teams on proposals, staffing models, scope, and pricing.
• Build and manage a network of regional vendors with licensing and insurance checks.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Licensing, and Procurement to ensure alignment.
• Lead after-action reviews and corrective action planning for significant incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
