PINKERTON | Comprehensive Risk Management is seeking a Director of Protection Operations to lead executive protection programs across the assigned AOR in Denver. You will align field operations with senior leadership, drive commercial growth, and build strategic vendor partnerships to ensure excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in security operations or related fields.
• Experience managing managers or multi-level operational teams (≥5 years).
• Ability to analyze operational data and drive corrective action.
• Oversight of multi-state/regional operations with consistent standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Executive Protection and protective services in the designated AOR.
• Escalate and resolve critical incidents, staffing issues, and client concerns.
• Drive standards, procedures, and continuous improvement through reviews and after-action reports.
• Coach Operations Managers; manage performance and succession planning.
• Partner with recruiting on staffing and with clients on proposals and pricing.
• Build and manage a network of regional vendors with licensing and insurance compliance.
