Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Core Data Management to lead enterprise data and metadata standards across the organization, ensuring trusted, governed information for analytics and AI initiatives. This role partners with engineering and business stakeholders to improve data product integration and compliance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of data management/architecture experience in complex orgs.
• 3+ years leadership experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience with enterprise data models or CDM at scale.
• Familiarity with semantic-web standards like ODCS, DCAT, SKOS, OWL/RDF.
• Experience with data governance platforms such as Collibra or Alation.
• Strong people-leadership skills, including hiring and team management.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve enterprise data and metadata standards.
• Drive adoption of data standards across products.
• Establish and manage reliable, AI-ready datasets for business use.
• Lead and develop a team of Associate Directors in data management.
