Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years in pharmaceutical, healthcare or data vendor partnerships with data management focus.
• Experience forging external collaborations and translating data needs into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external data partnerships, including third-party platforms, vendors, and tech solutions.
• Develop and execute the data partnership strategy, identifying critical data needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage partnerships supporting medical insights, real-world evidence, and patient services.
• Evaluate innovative data offerings and integrate AI-enabled capabilities to enhance engagement and impact.
• Establish data quality SLAs and monitor adherence across partners.
• Enforce data quality, security, and regulatory compliance for all sources and vendors.
• Collaborate with data vendors and teams to address data quality issues and communicate changes.
• Facilitate data acquisition from requirements gathering to integration into platforms.
• Implement oversight mechanisms for compliance with data standards and sharing agreements.
• Support data stewardship practices with governance reports to leadership.
• Coordinate training to promote proper and compliant data usage.
• Continuously evaluate partnerships to maintain enterprise data standards.
