Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information management, CS, or business admin.
• 8+ years in pharma data partnerships; translating data to use cases.
• Deep understanding of data partnership frameworks and governance.
• Experience with data privacy, security regulations and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external data partnerships, platforms, vendors and tech solutions.
• Develop and execute the data partnership strategy and data needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage medical insights, real-world evidence, and outcomes.
• Identify innovative data offerings and AI-enabled capabilities for partnerships.
• Establish data quality SLAs and governance for external sources.
• Monitor data security, compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Coordinate data acquisition from requirements to integration into platforms.
• Provide governance metrics and reports to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional trainings on data usage and compliance.
• Evaluate partnerships and technologies to maintain standardization across DIPP.
