Pushpay is seeking a Remote Manager of Customer Growth to lead and scale a high-performing team focused on retention, expansion, and product adoption across 14,000+ church partners.

The role blends strategic leadership with operational rigor, owning NRR growth, cross-sell and upsell motions, and cross-functional execution in a SaaS environment. Remote-first with nationwide eligibility and strong compensation.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years total in SaaS sales/expansion
• Proven history coaching reps to achieve expansion quotas
• Hands-on experience managing sales cycles, pipeline mechanics, and forecasting in Salesforce

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale the Account Growth Function across 14,000+ organizations.
• Design and lead proactive account growth and expansion strategy.
• Create scalable systems, playbooks, and operating rhythms to support long-term growth.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, forecasting, and cadences; drive NRR and expansion.
• Partner with CS, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to align growth initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Ministry Growth Partners in consultative selling and product adoption.
