AHI agilon health, inc. seeks a Director, Cost of Care Solutions to operationalize enterprise Cost of Care strategies by deploying and scaling assigned solution domains across markets.

You will translate priorities into repeatable operational capabilities that improve adoption and performance. You will partner with Market Presidents, physician organizations, Product, Analytics, Technology, and Clinical Operations to ensure solutions are deployed, optimized, and adopted.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, physician practice operations, population health, care management, value-based care, clinical operations, or related healthcare environments.
• Experience partnering directly with physicians, practice leadership, and operational leaders to improve performance.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives within highly matrixed organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment, optimization, and scaling of Cost of Care solution domains across markets.
• Translate enterprise strategies into scalable operating models and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Technology, and Clinical Operations to drive adoption and performance.
• Provide executive updates and recommendations based on market insights and performance.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and change management across markets.
