Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Director, Corporate Advisory to lead the Corporate Engagement Advisors team and drive strategic, high-impact engagements with global companies. You will shape CE strategy, oversee relationships, budgets, and portfolio delivery, and collaborate across TNC units to advance conservation goals.

This senior role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional coordination, and performance management in a remote, global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in senior-level roles such as consulting, sustainability, or CSR.
• Experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams and programs.
• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements with scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing CE Advisors team of 10–15 staff.
• Oversee corporate relationship management and partner experience.
• Design and improve CE portfolio management processes and staffing.
• Manage portfolio budget, resources, and risk across engagements.
• Drive cross-team collaboration with CE, IFM, and other TNC groups.
• Serve as senior sponsor for selected corporate relationships.
