What We Can Achieve Together: The Impact Finance & Markets Division at The Nature Conservancy provides technical and strategic leadership to create transformational impact with the private sector by translating the value of nature and conservation approaches into actionable, science-based strategies that can help solve societal challenges. The Corporate Engagement (CE) Team, one of three business units in the Impact Finance & Markets Division, works to increase the resilience of leading global companies by integrating nature and climate considerations into core business strategies, operations, and supply chains. The Director, Corporate Advisory leads the team of CE Advisors within Corporate Engagement. The team develops, implements, and coordinates corporate engagements that, by facilitating the integration of nature into business models, help drive private sector outcomes in support of the Conservancy’s conservation goals. The Director, Corporate Advisory role combines people and practice leadership, portfolio management, senior corporate advising, strategic account oversight, and execution of TNC’s Corporate Engagement strategy. As a key member of the CE Leadership Team, the Director reports to and serves as a trusted thought partner to the Managing Director, Corporate Engagement and works across TNC to translate corporate opportunities and conservation priorities into high-quality, mission-aligned engagements that advance TNC's 2030 Goals and beyond. This remote position may be based in North America, Central/ South America, or Europe in any country where TNC has an established office. Must be willing to overlap 5 working hours/day in the Eastern time zone.
This position may be based in any country where TNC has an established entity, taking into consideration legal restrictions, such as non-national ratios and immigration processing times. For U.S. based applicants only, the pay range for this position is generally within the range of $180,000- $215,000 for annual salary for candidates located in Arlington VA/Washington DC and will be based on location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. For all other applicants, pay ranges will be in local currency, the pay range will be based on the local labor market, and not tied to the above pay range. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment and used to determine your actual pay range. Additionally, for all applicants, actual pay will fall within a range based on a variety of factors including, for example, the candidate’s qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
