The Director, Corporate Advisory at The Nature Conservancy leads the Corporate Engagement team within the Impact Finance & Markets Division. You will guide corporate engagements that embed nature into business models, advancing conservation goals, and report to the Managing Director, Corporate Engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related senior-level work experience in consulting, CSR, sustainability or a related field.
• Experience managing and supervising a large multi-disciplinary team and a program budget.
• Experience leading a complex portfolio of projects with scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks.
• Experience in a large, complex environment with cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder influence.
• Experience designing portfolio management practices, quality standards, and performance reporting.
• Experience managing senior client or partner relationships and navigating high-stakes issues.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a high-performing team of 10-15 staff with clear expectations, coaching, and career development.
• Oversee corporate relationship management and ensure strong collaboration and client experience.
• Design, implement, and improve CE's portfolio management process for engagements.
• Lead portfolio reviews, manage pipeline, budget, resources, risks, and escalations.
• Conceive and direct complex projects, coordinating professionals and ensuring accountability.
• Develop and administer budgets, evaluate results, and implement corrective strategies.
• Drive cross-team collaboration with CE, IFM Division, conservation programs, Regions, Development, and other teams.
• Serve as senior advisor or sponsor for selected corporate relationships and represent CE externally.
• Help shape CE strategy and translate it into executable portfolio, talent, and management decisions.
• Ensure engagements comply with policies, financial standards, and risk-management processes.
• Work environment involves infrequent exposure to challenging elements and minor physical exertion.
