Qualifications
- 10+ years in solutions architecture or enterprise technical consulting.
- 5+ years managing technical, customer-facing teams.
- Deep expertise in AWS and Amazon Connect.
- Strong background in contact-center technologies and CCaaS platforms.
- Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and present technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global team of solutions architects.
- Set technical direction for cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Engage hands-on in customer opportunities and technical decisions.
- Guide technical discovery and solution design with customers.
- Represent the team in executive meetings and industry events.
- Collaborate across departments to align customer needs and solutions.
