For our client, we are seeking a Director, Platform Architecture to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This leader will own the technical vision for cloud-based contact center solutions and guide a global team that shapes customer-facing architecture decisions. The role blends deep solutions architecture expertise with executive-level influence, requiring close collaboration across sales, product, engineering, and partner organizations. You will help translate complex customer needs into scalable designs that support growth, technical excellence, and strong customer outcomes.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $317,000 – $475,000 annually
