• 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical presales, sales engineering, or enterprise technical consulting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a global solutions-architecture team across regions and time zones.
• Set technical direction for AWS, Amazon Connect, Zendesk, and AI services; ensure security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Stay hands-on with customer opportunities, prototypes, and proofs of concept; translate designs into credible solutions.
• Lead customer engagements with executives and technical teams, explaining architecture and business value.
• Represent the team in executive meetings, industry events, and analyst briefings; collaborate with sales, product, and services.
