BioAge Labs is seeking a Director, Clinical Supply Chain (or Senior Director) for a fully remote role in the continental US. You will lead end-to-end clinical supply planning, forecasting, and distribution across global trials, partnering with CMC, Clinical Operations, and external vendors. Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology clinical supply chain.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in biotech or pharmaceutical settings.
• Experience supporting Phase 1 through Phase 3 programs, including global clinical trials.
• Experience with IRT/RTSM, ERP, and inventory planning systems is preferred.
• Experience in a clinical-stage biotechnology company is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply planning, forecasting, inventory, labeling, packaging, and distribution.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to align supply plans with enrollment forecasts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate supply activities into development plans.
• Manage external vendors including packaging, depots, and logistics partners.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for supply readiness and vendor performance.
