Job summary

RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb company, seeks a Director of Clinical Data Management to lead end‑to‑end data management across a new product’s clinical studies, driving strategy, execution, quality oversight, and cross‑functional alignment from study start‑up through database lock, submission readiness, and inspection support.

You will partner with study teams, CROs and vendors to ensure complete, reliable data for decision‑making, set data management strategy, oversee quality, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years data management experience in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Oncology experience required.
• Experience leading study teams, vendors, or reports; ability to mentor others.
• Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management across a new product’s clinical studies from start-up through database lock.
• Develop and drive the data management strategy, risk management, and submission readiness.
• Oversee data management execution at program and study levels with CROs and vendors.
• Collaborate with Biostatistics, Medical Monitoring, Regulatory, and other stakeholders.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve data issues and ensure quality across studies.
