Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• 10+ years data management experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading study teams, vendors, or direct/indirect reports; oncology experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Data Management program across studies from start-up to database lock.
• Develop and drive the data management strategy and risk management plans.
• Oversee CROs and data vendors with accountability for quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Safety, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure data are complete, reliable, and decision-ready.
