Job summary

Beacon Health System seeks a Director of Clinical Analytics to shape and execute our analytics strategy, driving data‑driven decisions across clinical, IT and operations teams to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

This role leads predictive modeling, AI-enabled insights, and enterprise dashboards, translating complex data into clear recommendations for executives and frontline teams while ensuring HIPAA and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CHDA or CAP are preferred.
• 5–10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise-scale data architectures, cloud infrastructure, and analytics platforms.
• Strong proficiency with EMR data and analytics tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Analytics function and set the strategic direction for analytics initiatives.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for clinical, operational, and executive leaders.
• Oversee development of predictive models, AI solutions, and advanced analytics to improve patient outcomes and operational performance.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among data engineers, analysts, and clinical staff to deliver user-friendly dashboards and data solutions.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data standards and governance.
