Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a senior bioanalytical leader to define integrated strategies across small and large molecules, oversee GLP-regulated work, and manage CRO partnerships. The role includes building an internal non-GLP lab, budgeting, and leading a scientific team to uphold data integrity.

Success requires 10+ years in bioanalysis (or 14+ MS / 16+ BS with relevant experience), familiarity with LC-MS/MS and ligand-binding assays, and strong regulatory oversight across IND/NDA/BLA

Qualifications

Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, immunology or related; 10+ years industry experience; or MS 14+, BS 16+.

Responsibilities

Define and own integrated bioanalytical strategies across modalities and matrices.
Represent bioanalysis on cross-functional teams and regulatory interactions.
Lead CRO governance: select, qualify, manage vendors; ensure data quality.
Plan internal non-GLP lab build including budget and roadmap.
Build and mentor a scientific team; ensure data integrity and compliance.
