Ascend Learning is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) portfolio within Allied Health. You will identify, develop, and execute partnerships and growth strategies to accelerate revenue and deepen market penetration across allied health education and training.

The role is remote in the United States with up to 10% travel, requiring a strong background in healthcare, education, or SaaS sales and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience leading teams in healthcare, education, or SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the Allied Health (NHA) portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
• Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, including healthcare systems and educational institutions.
• Structure and negotiate complex agreements.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
• Own revenue targets associated with new partnerships and expansion.
