Job summary

Avalon Consulting Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead fundraising campaigns for environmental and social causes. You will manage multi-channel direct response efforts, coordinate strategy and production, and deliver data-driven recommendations for mission-driven clients.

The role is fully remote with occasional travel for meetings. Requires 2–3 years in nonprofit fundraising and strong MS Office skills. Competitive benefits and a $60k–$65k salary are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of direct response nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage fundraising campaigns across channels (direct mail, texting, telemarketing).
• Support campaign strategy, budgets, creative direction, segmentation, and production.
• Draft outlines, reports, and presentations with data-driven insights.
• Serve as day-to-day client and partner contact to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Oversee copy, design, and production schedules and maintain quality control.
• Develop and oversee campaign materials, ensuring accurate costs and invoicing.
