RKD Group, a remote-first direct response marketing agency headquartered in Dallas, TX, seeks a Manager, Strategy to craft direct mail strategies for nonprofit clients. You will lead discussions, develop strategic blueprints, and align campaigns with client goals.

You will collaborate with the Director of Direct Mail Strategy and cross-functional teams, present plans, manage budgets, and monitor program health. Some travel may be required.

Formación

• A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in an agency environment with direct mail direct response marketing to develop direct mail marketing strategies.
• Direct response fundraising experience is an advantage.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)

Responsabilidades

• Understand the marketing and fundraising goals and objectives of a client’s program.
• Develop comprehensive direct mail strategies with oversight from a Director of Direct Mail Strategy.
• Draft campaign strategy blueprints for clients to share with stakeholders.
• Present direct mail strategies to clients and address questions.
• Provide direct mail campaign reporting and optimize plans as needed.
• Maintain and refine annual budgets and projections as campaigns progress.
• Learn client technical platforms for proper execution of strategies.
• Participate in client teams serving RKD’s nonprofit clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and strong client experience.
• Conduct ongoing industry and channel research to keep strategies current
