Job summary

World Vision International offers a Digital Workplace Intern position, remote within the US, three-month internship with a monthly stipend. You will build and improve digital experiences using SharePoint and Microsoft 365, manage content, and support reporting and project tracking across global teams.

You will gain hands-on experience with digital workplace tools, UX design, accessibility, and knowledge management, while contributing to World Vision's mission to help vulnerable children.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail; accurate layouts and configurations before publication.
• Experience with digital platforms (SharePoint Online, content management systems).
• Aesthetic sense for layout, navigation, and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and update SharePoint sites using approved templates and branding standards.
• Manage document libraries and SharePoint Lists with metadata and permissions.
• Organize and migrate digital content into clear structures and naming conventions.
• Conduct QA testing of pages, links, and layouts before publication.
• Support project tracking and coordination with status updates.
• Assist with Power BI dashboards and reporting tools as needed.
• Explore improvements across Microsoft 365 tools and digital Workplace practices.
• Collaborate with global teams across marketing, communications, and sponsorship.
