Job summary

Eis Group USA is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Director to lead strategic technology and business transformation across the organization. You will partner with executive leadership, business teams, and technology stakeholders to modernize systems and drive digital adoption.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable transformation programs, including cloud, data analytics, and security

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, engineering, or related field.
2+ years in digital transformation, technology leadership, or enterprise architecture.
Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
Lead large-scale technology, process, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for digital innovation and operational improvement.
Evaluate existing systems, processes, and technologies and recommend modernization opportunities.
Lead the implementation and adoption of new digital platforms, applications, and technologies.
Oversee cross-functional transformation teams, budgets, timelines, and project priorities.
Establish KPIs and performance measures to track transformation progress and business outcomes.
