Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Digital Portfolio Strategist, Workforce Collaboration to improve how teams communicate, collaborate and operate using personalization, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies. The role is remote but based in the Milwaukee metro area for onsite meetings when required.

You will partner with the IS & Digital team to analyze stakeholder journeys, synthesize insights from data, and develop prioritized roadmaps that drive connected, scalable and efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates stakeholder journeys and workflows to identify friction points, gaps, risks, and inefficiencies.
• Synthesizes voice of customer data to develop insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to validate findings and align priorities.
• Translates insights into problem statements and opportunity areas; develops roadmaps.
• Creates future-state concepts and experience models to guide strategy and investments.
