Coda Search│Staffing is seeking a fully remote Digital Strategist to support pharma marketing initiatives on an ongoing contract basis. You’ll align brand goals with customer behavior, optimize across channels, and drive digital performance to improve experiences and programs. You’ll work with marketing, creative, and account teams with a high degree of independence.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in digital marketing, agency experience in healthcare, and comfort using data to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of digital marketing experience; agency healthcare experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and CRM technologies.
• Experience supporting marketing for healthcare/pharma audiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital plans connecting brand goals with customer interactions across online channels.
• Analyze campaign, audience, and market data to uncover opportunities and inform recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and account teams to translate strategy into execution.
