Job summary

MindFriend is seeking a Digital & Social Media Intern to join our remote team. You will contribute to digital marketing and social media efforts, helping grow our online presence and engage audiences in the mental health and technology space.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a Marketing/Communications/Psychology degree, familiar with major platforms, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Flexible hours and diverse storytelling projects await.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for mental health awareness and technology is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and growing MindFriend’s social media channels by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns tailored to mental health audiences.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and help prepare analytic reports to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with psychologists, marketers, and developers to create accurate and compelling content.
• Research emerging trends and tools in digital marketing and social media.
