Job summary

TweakCentric Solutions is seeking a digital-savvy Community & Social Media Manager intern to grow and engage audiences across major platforms. The role targets recent graduates or those starting a career in digital communications, with an emphasis on independent, proactive work and strong content creation skills.

Responsibilities include daily posting, community engagement, trend monitoring, and collaboration with editors to amplify campaigns. Remote, flexible hours and mentorship are offered.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or social media.
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, friendly, and able to work independently.
• Strong content creation skills, especially for short-form and visual-first platforms.
• Bonus: Experience using Canva, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Engage with comments, mentions, DMs, and community questions in a timely and friendly manner.
• Monitor online conversations and flag relevant trends or potential PR issues.
• Support content planning, hashtag strategy, and community polls or Q&As.
• Track basic analytics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare bi-weekly reports.
• Collaborate with the content and editorial team to amplify new articles, contests, and campaigns.
• Identify and recommend online forums, WhatsApp groups, or influencers for outreach.
