Job summary

Our Kind Therapy is seeking a Social Media Intern to help grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will work with the Director of Growth, turning content strategies into engaging posts and videos while researching psychology topics relevant to our brand.

You'll collaborate on newsletters, stay current with trends in mental health and entrepreneurship, and help our community feel seen and connected through authentic, brand-consistent content.

Qualifications

• Background in psychology, marketing, communications, design, or business preferred.
• Interest in content strategy and social media best practices.
• Able to stay updated on trends and research for content ideas.
• Excellent written and visual communication aligned with brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Design branded social posts (carousels, covers, graphics) in Canva from content sprints.
• Edit short-form video content in CapCut for Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts.
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Manage community engagement: respond to comments and DMs in our brand voice.
