Job summary

Townsquare Ignite is hiring a Digital Solutions Manager (remote within South Dakota) to drive cross-platform digital marketing for local advertisers. You will own the sales pipeline, close new business, and serve as the digital sales expert within a fast-paced team.

You will identify prospects, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored, results-driven campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels, while mentoring peers and contributing to growth across Townsquare Ignite.

Qualifications

• Proven digital sales quota achievement.
• Proven track record selling digital marketing products (Search, Social, Programmatic).
• Proven track record growing new business.
• Advanced knowledge of digital research tools and methodologies.
• Superior presentation, interpersonal & communications skills.
• IAB Certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of digital sales experience.
• PowerPoint, Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline management and meet digital sales goals for self and team.
• Build relationships with local businesses and agencies as a trusted marketing partner.
• Provide tailored, simple digital solutions to meet customer objectives.
• Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to demonstrate expertise and solutions.
• Cultivate new business and collaborate with team to grow existing accounts.
• Lead pre- and post-sale processes to exceed customer expectations and drive results.
• Interpret performance reports to make campaign recommendations that drive incremental sales.
• Be a strategic sales leader shaping long-term Townsquare value and outcomes.
• Coach and train sales team on digital products and trends.
