Job summary

EmployBridge seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, screen, and engage candidates while building a robust pipeline across roles. You will design sourcing plans spanning schools, colleges, social channels, web-based outreach, and community engagement.

You will source, screen, and recommend candidates to fill orders, maintain candidate databases, and leverage data to meet daily hiring goals with timely, quality placements. Collaboration with teams is essential.

• Develop creative sourcing plans covering traditional networking, schools, colleges, and social channels.
• Source, screen and recommend candidates to fill orders.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline and update databases.
• Re-utilize active candidates and align with open positions to fulfill orders.
• Leverage data to set realistic expectations and fill orders timely.
• Attend meetings to understand daily order fill goals and prioritize orders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional partners to align recruiting with business needs.
• Develop emerging markets to expand client base and talent pools.
• Understand state employment guidelines for national presence.
