Job summary

KUOW Puget Sound Public Radio is seeking a Digital Project Manager to coordinate technology projects from planning through implementation and evaluation. You will define goals, scope, schedules, stakeholders, risks, success measures, and communication plans, working across editorial, operations and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex integrated projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Scrum.
• Proven history of managing cross‑departmental projects with stakeholders of varying levels of technical fluency.
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and delivery across planning through evaluation; organize work into sprints and track milestones.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and related meetings; coordinate quarterly planning.
• Identify stakeholder roles, decision points, communication needs, and potential conflicts; prepare meeting agendas and updates.
• Clarify goals, scope, outcomes, timing, dependencies, risks and success measures; prepare information for project approvals; coordinate launch prep.
• Other duties as assigned.
