Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex integrated projects.
• Demonstrated familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Scrum.
• Proven history of managing cross-departmental projects with stakeholders of varying levels of technical fluency.
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate KUOW technology projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and related meetings using Scrum.
• Identify stakeholder roles, decision points, communication needs, and potential conflicts.
• Clarify project goals, scope, expected outcomes, timing, dependencies, risks, and measures of success.
• Coordinate project management norms and team expectations, including communications and launch preparation.
