Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead MarTech initiatives and AEHG product launch programs. You will coordinate Marketing, Product, Engineering, IT, and external partners to ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.

The role emphasizes strong organization, proactive leadership, and stakeholder engagement across multiple concurrent projects. Remote work with required travel to New Haven, CT supports collaboration and on-site meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.

Responsibilities

• Oversee progress on digital initiatives such as website enhancements, eCommerce projects, CMS updates, and other requests through oversight of developers and key project stakeholders.
• Support introduction of new products to market by coordinating activities and timelines across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, and external partners.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Manage project workflows using tools such as Jira, Asana, and Trello.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
• Track risks, dependencies, and issues while proactively driving resolutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and project visibility.
