Outside Interactive, Inc. is seeking a Digital Production Manager to lead online production across Outside Inc.'s site portfolio, building story pages from print and digital sources and managing assets for fast-moving editorial workflows.

The role requires expert WordPress knowledge, a sharp eye for UX, and the ability to own ambiguity in a dynamic environment. This fully remote position supports candidates in the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital production experience in high-volume media
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Build story pages from print and digital sources
• Source and crop stock photos, format and caption images
• Coordinate bug triage between editors and engineering
• Test new features with engineering and document steps to reproduce
• Ensure SEO best practices and on-page UX improvements
• Maintain production resources and communicate new standards
