Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program with a 3.0+ GPA.
• U.S. resident for duration of internship and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support product discovery by researching user needs and documenting workflows.
• Translate business problems into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and release readiness.
• Analyze product usage and feedback to identify improvements.
• Prepare concise presentations and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered digital capabilities.
