Job summary

Nordic Naturals is seeking a Digital Merchandising Lead to drive organic content strategy across eCommerce channels from a remote location. You will optimize content, coordinate with brand marketing, web, sales, and creative teams, and ensure content is aligned with channel needs and search performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in eCommerce content strategy, experience with major retailers or DTC platforms, and a data-driven mindset to improve engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in eCommerce content strategy.
• 3+ years working with eCommerce retailers and/or DTC sales channels (Amazon, Target, Walmart, DTC sites).
• Experience with content syndication/PIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own organic content strategy and updates across retailer brand stores and DTC channels.
• Set standards for eCommerce merchandising across channels to optimize the digital shelf.
• Collaborate with brand teams, DTC sales & operations and performance marketing to ensure content is brand-safe and search-friendly.
• Develop processes to improve efficiency with PIM coordination and content updates.
