GrowthAssistant, LLC is seeking a Digital Merchandising Associate to manage day-to-day ecommerce platform operations and content workflows for a fast-growing DTC furniture and home goods brand.

You will own tasks across Shopify and Contentful, support product launches, QA content against Figma designs, and collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and engineering to optimize site experience and drive sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience on a DTC ecommerce site or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts across platforms and ask for needed information.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear meeting contributions.
• Team mindset: a ‘no task is too small’ attitude.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management: daily operations of Shopify and Contentful, ensuring on-time launches and brand-aligned UX.
• Product Launch Support: upload images/content and build/update product pages ahead of launch.
• Pre-Launch QA: verify links, imagery, copy, and design fidelity prior to publishing.
• Catalog Management: maintain Contentful and Shopify catalogs with accurate metadata and images.
• Merchandising Support: assist navigation, search, filters, and product listing experiences.
• Content Publishing: build, QA, publish, and maintain homepage and landing pages.
• Site Audits: perform seasonal checks, fix broken links, update content, close merchandising gaps.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with logistics, marketing, engineering, brand, product, design, and CS.
